The TLDC-2000 is an innovative, safe and easy to use, Tank Leak Detection Cart. Initially intended for the detection of leaks in aircraft fuel tanks, the TLDC-2000 is also used in the detection of leaks in sealed vessels of all types.

Running gear-steering mechanism-towing bar, foam filled pneumatic tires, and hand brake.

Body, modular sheet metal, easy access for maintenance, and four tie down rings.

Three reel-non metallic hose with quick disconnect assembly.

Pneumatic controls for air input and delivery system.

Presetting and Operation
-
Parameters are preset by the OEM as required for the sealed vessel to be tested.

Because of the preset parameters the operator's only concern is to hook up the unit to the air source, to the vessel under test, and then proceed with the Automatic Test Procedure.

Field adjustment of the controls, by trained and qualified personnel only, is required when the test parameters differ from the preset ones.

The OEM will train and qualify customer personnel on the Automatic Test Procedure.

Should parameter need changing, OEM will train and qualify customer personnel to preset new condition(s).

- Requires compressed dry from in plant air source or from a compressed air cylinder
regulated at 100 PSI.
- Supplies regulated negative pressure: 0 - 5.0 PSIG.
- Supplies regulated positive pressure: 0 - 7.5
PSIG.
- Supplies regulated positive pressure for utility
use: 80 PSIG max.
- Supplies regulated positive pressure: 4.0 PSIG.
- All pressure circuits, positive and negative, have safety relief valves to prevent damage to the Unit Under Test
(UUT).
